Prior to founding Drolshagen Erlwein GmbH Astrid Drolshagen headed the real estate management and transactions for a single family office. Previously she was responsible for the international business development of tourism projects across Eastern Europe for Wyndham Worldwide. Her career began in strategic management consulting where she held various positions. She studied Geography and English at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich.

Julia Becker has many years of experience in operational real estate management and brokerage broadening Drolshagen Erlwein`s scope since its beginnings. ESG-compliant investments are of particular concern to her. Prior to joining Drolshagen Erlwein GmbH she founded, managed and sold various companies with a focus on process optimization through software solutions and digitization. She completed a degree in social, political and media sciences at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and holds an MBA in international management from UEL, London.

Before founding Drolshagen Erlwein GmbH Martina Erlwein looked after institutional investors and large private assets at Berenberg. She has been involved in sustainable investing for many years and is considered one of the early promoters of the topic of impact investing. In 2013 she organized the first German-speaking impact investing conference. Previously, she held various positions at Bayern LB, KPMG and Deutsche Bank. She completed a degree in business administration at the University of Augsburg and the University of California, Berkeley Extension.
